Sound Bath

A sound bath is a full-body listening experience, an opportunity to invite deep rest and relaxation. I use seven crystal singing bowls to invite a gentle, therapeutic, restorative process to nurture mind and body. You can lie down or take a comfortable seat, listen and allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from an active state to a relaxed state of mind. Please wear comfortable clothing, feel free to bring blankets, an eye pillow, some students bring a camping pad for a little extra cushion, bring what you need to be comfortable, and arrive early to give yourself time to set up.
