Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Join me for a Yoga Nidra and sound bath journey at a yoga studio in Browne's Addition, Sunday May 21st at 2:30 pm.

Please arrive early to give yourself time to get set up. Bring what you need for comfort, eye pillow, bolster, camping pad, etc. the studio has blankets and mats.

The studio is located at 406 S Coeur d’Alene Street in Browne's Addition, the SW corner of Coeur d'Alene park, look for a big blue house and walk down the driveway.
