Meditation provides us with an opportunity to become still, quiet our minds (I know, easier said than done) and turn inward. When we are able to get quiet this is when we hear the yearnings of our heart and soul, our purpose, our dharma.
Meditation is a practice, when you sit, your mind will wander, that's ok, that's what the mind does, when you notice it wanders come back to the breath, no judgement, remember you are building your mindfulness practice.
