About the event
Gift yourself an hour of deep relaxation and rest. We will start with a guided yoga nidra meditation practice to release tension from the body and to quiet the mind, and then I will play seven quartz crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes while you relax and let the sound vibrations wash over you.
