Mexico Retreat 2027

Start the new year feeling seen, supported and inspired in a beautiful community of women. We will nourish ourselves with amazing food, movement, rest, and take time to reflect and journal to gain clarity for the coming year. Please join us for this powerful experience.
We will stay at Mixto, reserved just for our group, an intimate luxurious beachfront sanctuary, nestled between the lush Mexican jungle and Pacific Ocean. Every room has an open-air terrace overlooking the beach and pool, AC and WiFi, memory foam mattresses and luxury linens. Rooms are double or triple occupancy.
All meals are included and the cuisine is crafted with fresh, local organic ingredients.
There is a beautiful open-air yoga shala, equipped with mats and props. Lisa will teach yoga and Pam will teach pilates/barre.
Your retreat includes: 7 nights lodging, 3 daily meals, transportation to and from Mixto, 2 daily classes, yoga and pilates/barre, sound bath, salsa dance class, cacao ceremony, waterfall hike, bonfire, snorkel and kayak equipment. ALL activities are optional.
Ground and boat transportation is included, there is no road access to the retreat. Fly into the Puerto Vallarta airport, airfare is not included, the shuttle takes you to the marina (15 minute drive) and a boat takes you to Mixto (about 30 minutes). Make sure your arrival flight lands no later than 4 pm and departure flight takes off no earlier than 12 pm.

Join Neely Wadden and Lisa Waddle, certified E-RYT-500 yoga instructors for a 5 night tropical Yoga Retreat. We will stay at Villa del Sol a boutique hotel, surrounded by tropical gardens and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is located in Playas del Coco, a small beach town in the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica, on the North Pacific coast.
Included in your retreat:
—Yoga (two daily classes), Philosophy, Pranayama, Aromatherapy, and Yoga Nidra.
—An early light breakfast and brunch each day, and a catered dinner on the first evening. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store nearby for dinner.
—A group excursion to see jungle wildlife, lunch is included.
—A 60 minute massage.
—Your 30 minute shuttle ride from the Liberia airport and back to the airport.
The rooms feature complimentary Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. They also have a mini fridge, coffee maker, A/C, a safe, and hot water. Most rooms have a private balcony or patio. The grounds have a pool, dining area, and lush gardens with hammocks.
