Mexico Retreat 2027

Start your new year off with a 7 night tropical retreat at Mixto, an intimate luxurious beachfront sanctuary, nestled between the lush Mexican jungle and the Pacific Ocean. I will be teaching yoga and Pam will be teaching pilates & barre.
Every room has an open-air terrace overlooking the beach and pool, AC and WiFi, memory foam mattresses and luxury linens. Rooms are double, triple or quadruple occupancy.
All meals are included and the cuisine is crafted with fresh, local ingredients.
There is a beautiful open-air yoga shala, equipped with mats and props.
Ground and boat transportation is included, there is no road access to this secluded retreat. You fly into the Puerto Vallarta airport, a shuttle will pick you up and take you to the marina (15 minute drive) and then take a boat to Mixto (about 30 minutes). Make sure your arrival flight lands no later than 4 pm and departure flight takes off no earlier than 12 pm.
Your retreat includes: 7 nights lodging, 3 daily meals, transportation to and from Mixto, 2 daily classes, yoga, and pilates/barre • Sound bath • Salsa dance class • Cacao ceremony • Hike to a waterfall • Bonfire • Snorkel and kayak equipment

Join Neely Wadden and Lisa Waddle, certified E-RYT-500 yoga instructors for a 5 night tropical Yoga Retreat. We will stay at Villa del Sol a boutique hotel, surrounded by tropical gardens and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is located in Playas del Coco, a small beach town in the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica, on the North Pacific coast.
Included in your retreat:
—Yoga (two daily classes), Philosophy, Pranayama, Aromatherapy, and Yoga Nidra.
—An early light breakfast and brunch each day, and a catered dinner on the first evening. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store nearby for dinner.
—A group excursion to see jungle wildlife, lunch is included.
—A 60 minute massage.
—Your 30 minute shuttle ride from the Liberia airport and back to the airport.
The rooms feature complimentary Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. They also have a mini fridge, coffee maker, A/C, a safe, and hot water. Most rooms have a private balcony or patio. The grounds have a pool, dining area, and lush gardens with hammocks.

The price will increase after Dec 1st by $300. The rooms will be assigned as you register, according to your request. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at registration.
