Join me and Neely for 3 nights in Sagle, Idaho at a beautiful home with a view of Cocolalla Lake, just over an hour from Spokane.  We will spend time in yoga asana, meditation, practicing silence and mindful community.  All meals will be prepared with nutrition and seasonal eating in mind.  An assortment of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks will be provided, as well as art supplies and books for your down time.


We will practice Hatha Yoga in the morning with Neely, enjoy free time, a meditation, mindfulness or philosophy offering in the afternoon, and Gentle or Yin Yoga, or Sound Bath with Lisa in the evenings.  The yoga practices are suitable for all levels.

Space is limited so we will be sharing rooms.  This is a great opportunity to bring a friend, or we will mindfully pair you with a new friend.  Some guests will be sharing a king sized bed.  If you get together a group of 4, there are two rooms that have 4 bunk beds.  After registration, you will receive an email to ask your room preference, and any food allergies.

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required at registration, and the balance is due July 1st.  If you cancel before August 1st, a 50% refund of your balance will be issued.  No refund for cancellation after August 1st.
