About the event

We will start with some gentle stretches, and a yoga nidra meditation and then I will play seven quartz crystal singing bowls to help you relax. As you allow the sounds to wash over you, feel the tension melt from your body and experience a deep state of relaxation and introspection.

Please bring any items that will help you to be comfortable, eye pillow, blankets, etc.
